Receive assistance completing the Naturalization Application (Form N-400). First-come, first-served basis.

Please bring the following:

• Green card, Social Security card, and driver’s license or state ID
• Home addresses from last five years
• Work history for last five years
• Dates of all trips outside the U.S. for the last five years
• Information about spouse (current and previous, if applicable)
• Children’s information, if applicable (date of birth, A#, address)
• Certified copies of dispositions for each incident if you have been arrested, cited, or given a ticket
