Please join Catholic Charities Dallas in welcoming three new members to our board of directors! Catherine Foxworth, Matt Bryarly, and Sandi Stevens began their terms on July 1, and will serve on the board of directors for a three-year term.
A native of Chicago, yet in Dallas for over 25 years, Catherine Foxworth has held significant roles in the hospitality industry and as a consultant holding two different industry licenses and various certifications. Catherine serves on the Jesuit School Board of Trustees and is a lifetime member of the Jesuit Women’s Auxiliary, having served as its president. Catherine is currently the membership chair for the Angels of Charity. She is also serving as Public Relations Chair for the African American Museum of Dallas’ Annual Gala Committee. Catherine enjoys serving on the Brewing Service Committee for events such as the Sips for Life Tea, benefitting Mater Filius Dallas, and the most recent spring event, the Royal Tea, benefitting Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School. Catherine is a wife and mother to her two beloved men, her husband Reginald (better known as “Fox”), and her son Reggie.
Matt Bryarly is a CPA and a partner with KPMG LLP. He is the Audit Asset Management Practice Leader for the Texas business unit, which includes managing and overseeing the practice that serves audit clients in the private equity, alternative investments, and real estate industries, including public and private REITs. Matt received both of his undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from the University of Texas. Matt is also a member of the executive committee and treasurer of The Real Estate Council of Dallas. Matt and his wife Jennifer are strong supporters of Catholic Charities, especially their Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Services as they adopted their daughter in 2015 through the Infant Adoption Program. In addition to their daughter, who attends Christ the King Catholic School, they have two teenage sons, who attend the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. Matt and his family are active members of Christ the King parish and school.
Sandi Stevens has held top positions in a wide range of industries and is currently an Executive Vice President at Challenger, Gray, and Christmas, which provides consultancy services in career transition, executive & leadership coaching, and human resources. Sandi has been recognized by the State of Texas House of Representatives for her outstanding community service work. Sandi has held positions in professional associations and non-profits including President of the Board of Directors for the Family Place, President of the Dallas HR organization, and Executive Director of the HR Southwest Conference. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Children’s Theater, the founding board of the Sci-Tech Discovery Center, Dallas Shakespeare in the Park, and the North Texas Exes Alumni Group. Sandi is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Community and has a daughter attending the University of Oklahoma.
The way in which these incredible individuals are using their talents to drive transformative change within our community is truly admirable. We are honored and excited to benefit from their leadership!
