Hi!
I’m Kelsey Stanley, Volunteer Program Manager at Catholic Charities Dallas.
Here are some highlights this month:
- Our Food Programs serve hundreds of families every day at three different locations around North Texas. This cannot be done without the help of volunteers who assist with client registration, sorting food and placing food into clients’ cars. We continuously need volunteers in our food pantries at our three fixed locations:
- Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos needs volunteers Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11:30AM.
- Our Lady of Perpetual Help needs volunteers Mondays and Thursdays from 9-11:30AM.
- Jan Pruitt Community Pantry needs volunteers Tuesdays-Saturdays from 8:30AM-1:30PM.
- Are you bilingual and looking for a flexible volunteer opportunity? Help our Marketing Team translate English to Spanish so that we can reach a wider audience from the comfort of your home office.

In Isaiah 58:10 we are reminded: “If you lavish your food on the hungry and satisfy the afflicted; Then your light shall rise in the darkness, and your gloom shall become like midday.”
