Did you know that September is National Preparedness Month? This monthly observance is designed to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies in our homes, businesses, and communities that could happen at any time.
And while we pray for healthy and safe communities, when disaster strikes, CCD is there. CCD is one of the only programs in the DFW area offering both short- and long-term case management after natural or personal disasters.
Our Disaster Relief and Preparedness Services is a holistic program addressing immediate and long-term needs, including:
- Financial and material aid
- Employment assistance
- Long-term recovery plans
- Temporary and permanent housing support
