Catholic Charities Dallas is looking for a Program Manager to join our team . You will be part of this brand-new initiative for the agency and be an integral part of its success.


Supervision & Training

You will supervise and train all staff and volunteers for the senior supportive housing initiative.

Partner Relations

You will manage the relationship with our partner agencies that will provide services on site.

Budget & Reporting

You will monitor the budget for this site and be responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree in social work OR combination of education and experience in business management or human services
  • LCSW or MLSW is preferred
  • Three plus years Program Manager experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and ethnicities
  • Computer literate and experience with MS Office suite of products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $50,000 to $58,000, based on skills and experience.

About the St. Jude Supportive Housing

Dallas is short 1,000 housing units for people suffering homelessness. Catholic Charities Dallas (CCD) and the Catholic Housing Initiative (CHI) are collaborating to erase 10% of the shortage by acquiring and operating 100 apartments as permanent supportive housing.
