Building strong foundations through fitness, friendship, and nutrition

As part of the Dallas Area Agency on Aging congregate meal program, the Brady Center offers a free, home-cooked, dietitian approved lunch Monday through Friday to Dallas citizens age 60 years or older. There is no fee to participate in the meal or activity programs; the required nutritional risk assessment and annual review help participants manage their health and build a strong foundation for their “third life”. Guests are welcome to enjoy lunch with Brady members for a modest fee.

The mission of Catholic Charities Dallas remains critical to the well-being of all we serve, especially our aging adults. Brady Senior Services is committed to assisting with the following:
  • SNAP benefits
  • Meals on Wheels referrals
  • Medicare/Medicaid education & registration
  • DART Paratransit (transportation services)
  • Medical/mental health referrals
  • Housing referrals

The Senior Services team invites volunteers who are passionate about serving to help with various projects.

  • Help prepare and distribute meals (Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
  • Lead social activities for seniors
  • Prepare craft, hygiene, and birthday bags
  • Donate essential items: paper towels
