We serve nearly 25,000 people within Greater Dallas every year, and part of that footprint includes several regional centers, which allow us to provide specialized services needed by a particular community or group of people.
Our Pregnancy & Adoption Services staff believes in a child-centered approach by building healthy families, strengthening parenting and promoting openness in adoption.
We offer Together We Learn, a dual-generation program for children under the age of five and their parent or caregiver to learn at the same time. The children participate in high-quality early education classes while their parents participate in programs to develop skills to enhance their own education to secure jobs and economic stability.
Our free After School Program at Santa Clara Community Center offers a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) based curriculum designed to help each child reach their highest potential.
The Brady Senior Center located in Deep Ellum meets a pressing need – helping low-income seniors 60 years of age and older to improve their health and wellness. Through the program’s services, which include nutritious meals, food boxes, health education, case management, counseling, transportation, and physical and social activities, the Center provides resources unavailable to these individuals in the past.
As the newest program of CCD, Santa Clara Community Center offers inter-generational education, recreation, sports, and community-based services for low-income families in West Dallas and West Oak Cliff.
